As an analyst at the Canada West Foundation, I produce a variety of public policy projects, including blog posts, op-eds, and policy reports. I have helped organize conferences, and I help manage projects using a variety of tools.

As a senior policy analyst in primary care, I was the lead analyst on strategic virtual care policy. I was the lead on developing BC's new virtual primary care policy, and supported the contract management of several virtual care programs stood up during the pandemic.

​

As a policy analyst in senior services, I deliver policy research on home and community care for seniors and frail adults. I developed policies, wrote briefings, and supported the development of the Safe Seniors Strong Communities pandemic program. Supervised co-op students, trained other staff, & acted as manager when needed.

As a policy officer at the GLA, I supported members of the Greater London Assembly in fulfilling their scrutiny function of the Mayor of London. I prepared assembly members for question period and wrote an extensive research report on knife crime in London.

As a project support officer at the APCC, I supported the designing and implementation of the 2017 £175 million Police Transformation Fund grant program.

As an intern at the Police Foundation, I delivered a variety of projects and researched diverse aspects of UK policing. Most significantly, I contributed to a research project on how police forces set their priorities.
